Buderus Hydronic Systems

Buderus features become benchmark for state-of-the art sectional cast iron boiler specifications.

Since 1898, Buderus has offered features by which all sectional cast iron boilers are measured. The current product line continues this tradition by incorporating the latest thermodynamic technology and manufacturing techniques, as well as control systems designed and manufactured by Buderus especially for their boilers.

Where Past, Present, and Future combine- The G-115 Oil Boiler.

Model G-115 Boiler with optional fixtures
Past...

We've been casting iron since 1731... that's over 2 centuries of experience in metallurgy!!! Our precision castings are used in components in Mercedes Benz and the Euro-tunnel. We've had time to experiment with known processes, to tinker with designs, time to develop the best system on the market.

Present...

We have 120 full time research scientists and engineers devoted to maximizing performance and minimizing headaches.

Future...

Ecologically friendly, efficient boilers. Outdoor reset control which capitalizes on computer based technology. Our Ecomatic watches the weather for you!

  • The optional Ecomatic Control integrates functions and provides additinal savings of up to 30% over conventional hi-limit controls.
  • Precision cast GL-180M is flexible cast iron, resistant to corrosion and thermal shock.
  • Buderus sections are joined by steel push nipples, making a perfect metal-to-metal seal.
  • A swing door hinges from either side and ALL FLUE PASSAGES are accessable from the front, making cleaning a snap. Since there is no need to remove jacket, Buderus maintenance time is 75% less than that of conventional boilers.
  • No refractory required.
  • Low temperature technology--Buderus boilers with Ecomatic Control safely operate at lower boiler water temperatures without the risk of corrosion!
